By making your payment to attend the 2019 ICT Accessibility Testing Spring Bootcamps, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
There is no onsite registration. Payments must be made in advance via credit card payment on the event website. To use other forms of payment, contact the organizers at the address below. The deadline for registration is Friday, March 1, 2019 at 11.59pm Eastern Time
To attend a One Day Bootcamp, the fee is $475. To attend the Two Day Bootcamp, the fee is $950. Fees are payable in advance via the event website. The student, higher education and non-profit rate is $375 and $750 respectively. Late registrations will be accepted after March 1 through Friday, March 8, 2019 at 11.59pm Eastern Time, incurring a $100 late registration fee.

Contact the organizers (details below) to request a cancellation and refund. Cancellation requests will be honored if they are received prior to the registration deadlines (given above). Prior to the deadline, a full cancellation and refund will be issued. After the registration deadline, cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
Registrations are transferrable at any time up to Friday, March 8, 2019 at 11.59pm Eastern Time. To request a registration transfer, contact the organizers (details below).
In the event that the event has to be cancelled for any reason (including force majeure, acts of God, etc.) a full refund will be issued. In the case of event cancellation, the organizers cannot and do not accept responsibility for any expenses or other monetary losses of registrants.
Disability accommodations requests in registrations are due by Monday, February 25, 2019. We will do our best to honor requests made after those respective dates, but depending on the nature of any given request this may not be achievable. If registering after the deadline, please contact the organizers directly to discuss requests.
The information collected on the registration page is used for ensuring that we have your information in order to provide your event badge; and creating a list of attendees to be distributed to all attendees at the registration desk; and ensuring that we can contact you in advance of the event should there be any difficulty with your registration. Personal information is not shared with any third-parties.
Once the payment is processed, credit card details are not collected or stored by Accessibility Track Consulting, LLC, the company handling the finances for the events. Payments information is processed via Braintree Payments (a PayPal Service).
Your email address will be automatically added to Accessibility Track Consulting, LLC’s email list to provide update notifications leading up to the event, and for notifications regarding future events. Periodic related activity and event announcements from Accessibility Track Consulting, LLC are also distributed to this list. Each email includes ‘Unsubscribe’ information. There is an opt-out option on the registration form.
The event may be video-recorded for posting on the web after the event. Attendee faces will not be included in the recordings. Recording of participant voices (e.g., while asking questions) may be included in the recording. Audio of each session may be recorded for the purpose of creating publications summarizing the content of the event. This audio recording will not be published.
Audio and/or video recording of presentations by participants is not permitted during any session. Photographs may be taken at the event.
